Kim Heng began her real estate career in 2004 and has since become one of the most respected and sought-after agents in Palo Alto and surrounding cities. Drawing upon her extensive experience and strong education, including an MBA and training at Harvard, she regularly structures transactions so they are optimized for her clients.

Prior to co-founding the Heng Seroff Group, Kim was the Director of Sales at DeLeon Realty, managing a team of up to 22 buyer agents and supporting staff. Under her leadership, the team sold over $650 million in just four years, resulting in recognition as the #1 team in the United States in 2014 and the #1 team in California in 2016. During this time, Kim also played a key role in agent training and mentorship while still devoting the majority of her time towards providing excellent service to her clients.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Kim played a pioneering role in connecting with the local and international Chinese-speaking communities. She led a successful initiative to build relationships with overseas buyers, established a subsidiary in China, and marketed directly to overseas investors, maximizing exposure and achieving record-breaking results.

Kim was born in China and immigrated to the United States in 1992. She holds an MBA in Finance and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Probate Specialist. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
