Captivated with selling and buying homes since childhood, Quinn Cotchett has been enthralled by real estate for over 20 years. After working to support the successful Gilson Team of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, she determined to get her real estate license to expand her abilities to serve clients directly. She understands how to match the right home to her clients’ unique lifestyles and loves serving as a guide and advisor through that important process. A Peninsula native, Quinn grew up in Hillsborough before spending her high school and college years in San Francisco, at Convent of the Sacred Heart and University of San Francisco, respectively. Her degree in Marketing (with a Media Studies Minor) from USF gives her insight into how to show a home in its best light and make sure potential buyers see it. Quinn is energized by the challenge of transforming a home to prepare it for market. From landscaping, to painting, lighting, flooring, and staging, she has made many a home shine in the eyes of potential buyers. She knows how to make the most of any budget to elevate a house to its maximum potential. Quinn is a doer, never afraid to roll up her sleeves to serve her clients, or others in need. An avid traveler and philanthropist, she has volunteered for years at orphanages in Tanzania and Cambodia. She is passionate about animals and has worked on the board of the Peninsula Humane Society. Quinn continues to live and work on the Peninsula, currently residing in Redwood City with George, her beloved Corgi.
