Alooooha!   I'm a dedicated and personable real estate agent with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. I bring years of experience in property management as a seasoned real estate investor with a portfolio of long and short-term rental properties.

For most people, real estate is by far the largest purchase they will ever make.  Contracts full of jargon can be confusing, and the process from loan qualification to inspections to close-of-escrow can be intimidating.  With 10 years of teaching under my belt, you can be assured that I will patiently hold your hand through the buying journey, be it to your forever home or a great investment property.

For sellers, I understand that selling can be an emotional experience. I'm prepared to help with strategic upgrades to maximize your return on investment, as well as staging and marketing strategies to garner the best offers. I have experience with 1031 exchanges and have participated in the purchases and sales of multi-million-dollar properties.

I'm privileged to have lived in some of the most beautiful places in the world (location, location, location!).  I grew up in Hawaii, lived the expat life in Barcelona, raised 2 children in Palo Alto, and am now living the dream in Santa Cruz.  I'm fluent in Spanish (Intermediate Level B2) and conversational in Mandarin Chinese, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

When I'm not working, you can find me dancing salsa at sunset on the wharf, foraging for mushrooms in the forest, rock climbing at Pacific Edge, or cooking up veggies from my garden.
